Join us for a fun-filled evening observing and learning about these nocturnal creatures. Rutgers Wildlife Conservation and Management will be giving a brief presentation about the vital role these insectivores play in the eco-system.  Following the presentation, we will walk around the Troy Meadow Nature Preserve looking for and identifying bats, with the use of acoustic monitoring devices, which are capable of identifying different species of bats by detecting the frequency of their echolocation!
